The main purpose of writing this entry is to see if I can get my sponsorship thing to work from pixels.com. I've only gotten it to work on one other blog so far.
Yes, I am on pixels.com. I have sold ten things so far, and I've made $28. Not bad for only being on the site for two months.
It's been a lot of work, though, I will tell you that. It doesn't just happen all by itself. To get sales, you have to be active. I need money, so that is why I am active. Otherwise, I would sit around and play video games.
Anyhow, let's see if I can get this thing working here...
<a href="http://fineartamerica.com/art/paintings/napkin/all" style="font: 10pt arial; text-decoration: underline;">napkin paintings</a>
Ok, so far, so good. I have posted their link here.
Now what I have to do after I publish this entry is post this link into a box on their site that they provided, and then if it is approved, and if they can locate my blog from their end, I will get sponsorship on their 'napkin paintings' page.....if it all works.
I'm playing EverQuest on two accounts on my other computer while I do all this, so it is kind of tricky, but I am getting better at multi-tasking, I suppose.
Okay, I'm going to publish now, to see if this all works.
Wish me luck.
And if you just want to see all of my art on pixels.com, just type in my name, 'David Lovins' into their search bar.
I have prints of my napkin art, and other things I do there.
At the very least, even if you don't buy anything, you can give me some hits on my images, and that will help my cause.

Woot! Just so you know, it all worked. :)
I have five sponsored pages now.
It takes a lot of work to do this.
I plan on doing many more, especially if it is a thing that helps me to get sales.
You see, I hate to work, but that is another blog entry...haha.
